PNC Bank has awarded the Urban League of Palm Beach County $20,000 for our Comprehensive Housing Counseling (CHC) and Financial Capability program.
Our CHC program helps clients obtain or maintain homeownership through foreclosure intervention counseling, financial counseling, first-time homebuyer workshops and housing counseling. In addition, Palm Beach County residents receive education and coaching to develop financial literacy skills and create and implement long-term strategies to reach financial sustainability. The program serves 80% low- to moderate-income clients.
“Our community is grateful to PNC Bank for supporting our program,” said Patrick Franklin, president and CEO of the Urban League of Palm Beach County. “This program helps hundreds of individuals and families break out of poverty and become prosperous, self-sufficient and capable of realizing their dreams. None of that would be possible without the support of our great partners — including PNC Bank.”
